I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this office. After my eye correction surgery, I had a unique situation that made finding the right contact lenses more challenging than usual. My doctor went above and beyond, seeing me multiple times, making thoughtful adjustments, and never rushing the process to ensure we found the best possible solution. Throughout it all, he remained patient, professional, and genuinely committed to getting it right. His staff has also been consistently friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which made every visit a positive experience. I truly appreciate the level of care and dedication I’ve received here. Came here for a eye exam I needed to get done before taking a autoimmune medication that apparently can affect your vision long term. I have never done any eye exam before since my vision has always been great. Although I needed a different eye exam than just regular for this particular reason, Dr. Vu was very knowledgeable, professional and helpful in educating me about the medicine I was prescribed with and my situation, referring me to a different clinic without charging me for the procedures done prior. He also seemed to be a very reliable person. I will definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Vu if you ever need to get a eye exam done!☺️

I would personally not recommend this clinic as they have zero communication skills and can’t give you accurate timelines. I was told my contacts would take between 2-5 weeks to arrive due to the high prescription, which is fine. Well fast forward 3 weeks and only one of 3 test prescriptions arrived. Went in for a fitting a week later and was told the other 2 pairs were taking longer than expected. Dr. Vo said they’d contact the rep and get back to me. Well fast forward another 3 weeks and I’m got no call, email, text or communication. Called them to ask what was going on and was told the same story that they were still waiting on the other pairs. I ended up just requested a refund, for which I only got a partial refund. The only thing I can’t get back is my time which was absolutely wasted. 7 weeks is absolutely ridiculous, unprofessional and negligent. Save your money and go elsewhere. Now I’m out about $80 bucks and only have a very minor glasses prescription change and some contact lenses fitting lesson I could have watched on YouTube.

Dr Stephanie Kai was knowledgeable and took a lot of time to understand my needs and provided me with options to best fit my lifestyle. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone with vision needs.

It was a real delight visiting Dove Creek Vision (1604 Costco), doctor Henry Vu was very helpful, amazing bedside manners, especially because we had lots of questions. He made sure he took his time to explain the procedure, we didn’t feel rushed at all. I absolutely recommend this doctor you won’t regret it!
