My rating is based on the quick service, bilingual staff who spoke Spanish, and great prices on glasses. Everything from start to finish was fast and easy for my daughter and me. To add even more value, simply keep up this level of fast service and affordable pricing. We had a fantastic experience!
I’m giving this review after seeing what Deena S had to say about the front desk lady, Renee. Renee was absolutely wonderful and walked me through everything my insurance covered and what I was able to get! She answers the phone quickly and gets your appointment setup within minutes, I was able to get my exam and glasses ordered the day after scheduling my appointment! This is a great location, don’t let the Karen’s fool you into thinking otherwise, some people coming in here are incredibly technically challenged 🤭
After my previous eye clinic was no longer covered by insurance, I found EyeTX on Potranco—and I’m so glad I did! The entire staff, from Myra at the front desk to Dr. Aguilera and the team helping with frames, also Dory (though she needs more of Nemo’s energy and smile, jk) was professional, friendly, and efficient. Booking online was easy, and I appreciated the prompt reminders and updates via text. The location is convenient, and they even welcome adjustments after pickup. This clinic truly goes above and beyond with customer care. EyeTX on Potranco is now my go-to for eye exams and glasses.

I had a family member go in for a eye glasses exam, the front desk person Renee is over the top rude as heck! When I told her she over charged my daughter, and I always have problems with this office she laughed and said "But you still keep coming back!" and hung up on me...I haven't been back, but the rest of my family will not be returning
