Had a great visit today for a slight adjustment to my contacts, and Dr. Potter and the whole crew delivered once again. They were quick, welcoming, and completely dialed in from the moment I walked in. The adjustment itself was smooth and precise, and they took the extra time to make sure the fit, comfort, and clarity were exactly where they needed to be. I left not only happy with the results, but genuinely impressed — they’re consistent, attentive, and always make the whole process feel easy. Very pleased with the care and the experience. Went in for an eye exam and contacts today. Dr. Veater is always great. I had Maria help me check out and she went above and beyond to help me. She was so kind. I am very grateful.

My doctor was super nice and helped me with questions I had, however, when it comes to the company themselves, they really suck:(i’ve been having to get new glasses because I didn’t know my prescription had changed within the year so I had to get a new prescription glasses. They only got one pair. I got it with the stigmatism protection that’s it) it was almost been over two weeks I called to see if my glasses were in and they still weren’t And now, unfortunately, with having the wrong prescription, I have gained a muscle spasm in my left eye, if you need glasses asap please don’t go here

Cheap glasses. I bought two pairs with all the upgrades. They won't warranty the glasses. The glasses are only a couple months old. One pair the frames pulled away from glasses. The second has scratches on the lenses. Warranty used to be included and they also used to be more durable. Buyer beware! Go online and find other companies like zenni. They are more affordable and stand behind their product. My previous pair from zenni lasted for years with no problems.
