I visited America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses for the first time today with my son and my mother-in-law. Both of them have vision insurance, but I don't. I had heard about the "2 pairs of glasses and a free eye exam for $95" special from my niece, who had gone there without insurance and had a great experience, so I decided to give it a try. During my mother-in-law's appointment, she mentioned that she also needed a contact lens prescription. As everything was being added up, my total unexpectedly came to almost $800. I was honestly caught off guard and disappointed because I had come in expecting to take advantage of the advertised special. That's when Andee, the general manager from the South Jordan location who was covering the American Fork office, completely changed my experience. Instead of simply explaining the total, she took the time to look at every possible option to help us save money. She rearranged things, found better solutions, and worked hard to get us a much more affordable deal. Throughout the entire process, Andee remained calm, patient, understanding, and incredibly kind. She never made me feel rushed or pressured. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, and because of her outstanding customer service, we did. Employees like Andee are the reason customers come back. Whoever hired her made an excellent decision because she represents the company with professionalism, compassion, and genuine care for her customers. I left feeling valued, grateful, and confident that we'll be returning for our future eye care needs. Thank you again, Andee, for making what could have been a stressful experience into such a positive one. I'll definitely be recommending America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses to my friends and family because of the exceptional service we received.
