America’s Best Optometrist

Only needed a new contact prescription . Had exam 4 months ago. They made me do another exam which is fine but I have been here over an hour and have yet to see the doctor. Staff say they take 20 to 25 minutes to answer. Why are we booking so many appointments here if the doctors can’t keep up. The cost is great and the staff are friendly but this is a very inefficient practice.

The team at this America's Best location is top notch. They are kind, attentive, and patient to every customer who comes through the door. I've been there when it's very busy and appointments might be running behind; nobody of this team loses their cool or acts disrespectfully to anyone in the store nor on the phone. I'm a loyal customer to this AB in Roanoke, and will continue recommending them to my friends.

I have had a few GREAT experiences at America's Best in Roanoke. Their staff is so friendly and helpful. Jo, who works the front desk, deserves an extra "Good job!" I really like this business.

TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL.... Made the appointment weeks in advance, confirmed the appointment, and drove AN HOUR to get there, literally 10 minutes before I pull in, I get a phone call from the Christiansburg office that there was a scheduling issue at the Roanoke office. They asked IF I could reschedule. When I told them no I couldn't, I had already driven an hour for my appointment, she informed me that there was no one at the office today, everyone had called in.... But if I wanted to drive ANOTHER 45 minutes, I could be seen in the Christiansburg office. I literally had 2 choices, reschedule or drive further... I told her I wasn't even sure I wanted to stay with them at this point. The phone disconnected and I received a text that my appointment had been cancelled.. Do better people.
