First time going to this clinic and they got me an appointment extremely quick. Overall it was a good experience and a very clean nice setting! Front desk girls are super friendly and sweet!
The doctor was extremely rude that I should dare to ask him a question. He was so annoyed he had to conduct an exam. They told me I had to have their $700 frames, because prescriptions didn't work elsewhere. They kept calling me to come in during a worldwide deadly pandemic. Nothing about them suggests they actually care about you. They just want to swindle you

Horrible experience. Extremely high pressure and awkward sales. Then when it came to glasses never even tried to explain what they were trying to sell to me or why. Eventually called insurance and move to different company and insurance deals with their violations. Dr himself was quite nice and patient which is a shame.
