No value of patients. Has become a shallow business. Maximum of 15min appointments, any more than that and you will be referred elsewhere. Better off going to urgent care. You get the same care and form of treatment. Also if you try to call the main number it’s been unusually high call volume since after Covid. Apparently no matter what day or time of the week it seems to be an inconvenient time for them. They are much too busy for the volume of patients that they seem to have. In my opinion, if they can’t serve their patients, they should downsize. Everything is always automated no live. Person is taking calls. They’ll direct you to an answering service that will take a message, but has no idea about anything going on So then you have to wait for a callback, which is usually convenient conveniently during your own personal work hours. Gone are the days when you can call a business and they will pick up the phone. They must be better off with an instant messaging service.

Ive been going here since i was about 19 years old, never had real issues actually i loved this place for a long time, that was until i became a father and had them as the pcp for my son. Since he was born issues that are too personal to get into have been shrugged off never really fully examined and really just guessed what it was and sent me on my way and each time, with each doctor we seen, every single one is saying its something different. So what which diagnosis is correct? Why are you not actually checking these things instead of taking a look over and just guessing? Now my sons one year appointment came up and when we were trying to schedule it we were told that the only appointment we could do was on the first day of school with his actual pcp, we have two other children and with how hectic first days can be with them being in kindergarten and second grade we said wed rather not and asked for another date, when we said this the receptionist told my wife that its only the first day and she should be able to bring him in after bringing them to school. First of all thats super unprofessional telling my wife what she should do with her day and schedule with her kids. Second it is not her job to share her opinion on these kind of matters. Finally when i called afterwards to get a different appointment with his pcp i was told i cant and had to with a different dr so i did, that appointment was yesterday and she definitely lied because my step daughter seen his pcp today for being sick, like not even a routine appointment... This place is a joke and i will never recommend another parent here again. He didnt even recognize my son who hes been seeing since he was born. Also once he got told who he is he took over and made the appointment all about my son when my step daughter literally has covid. Also he has his appointment yesterday and it went fine, no issues. But today there was issues and again i got told that this rash or whatever on my sons back is something different than what the doctor just yesterday diagnosed it as. My children will not be your guessing game any longer, I will never be back here again.

Had to be seen for a non emergency. My schedule was very tight but they were able to fit me in at last minute. Despite this, I was still given better treatment than I expected after being shoehorned into their schedule. But I have never had an unsatisfactory visit there. First class staff. Friendly, personable and professional.

Switched my whole family to CMC as of today. I had an appointment for 10:15am showed up at 10am (Because they won’t see you if you’re not 15 minutes early) but they did not see me until 10:30 because the pcp was running late. Their location looks terrible, near the homeless shelter.

We've had a great experience here. Our first pediatrician was very kind and welcoming. We were notified, far ahead of our next appointment, of her change of location and given choices for a new pediatrician. Our new one is also very kind. She listens to our concerns and never puts us off. Our nurse remembers us well on every visit and she's extremely compassionate. The reception staff is nice and they always call to remind me of appointments, and are quick to work with my schedule to book appointments. Clean and a great play area. Plus, they give books to your kids and there is a pickup or donate area for clothing. Very happy here!
