I've been a patient for years - since they were still located on Second St - and their new facility is so nice and spacious, with plenty of waiting area seating. All of the employees with whom I've interacted - from the front desk staff, to the techs, to the doctors, to the eyeglass fitting specialists - have been absolutely wonderful. In my years as a patient I can't recall a single negative interaction, nor have I had billing issues that needed addressing. I was especially impressed by how thorough and helpful the eyeglass specialists were when I went for much overdue new glasses a few months ago: one of them spent at least an hour with me, so patiently, helping me deliberate, and when the shape of my new frames ended up triggering migraines, they adjusted them two separate times until they were just right for me. They offer frames at a wide range of price points, and they'll work with you to help you understand and make the most out of your vision insurance. Scheduling appointments is easy, communication is clear, and there's plenty of parking. All-around a great office to use!
