Everyone from the front desk check-in to the Drs to the techs to the glasses specialists were absolutely AMAZING!! What a knowledgeable, kind, and welcoming group of people!!! The Dr was professional, down to earth, informative, and thorough!! This was our first visit today and we will be going back happily as repeat patients/customers! Everything is perfectly clean and the office space is beautifully designed. They were supplied with an impressive selection of frames and were so helpful and patient w us in making decisions on choosing the frames we were most happy with. I recommend this great group of people to anyone who is looking for eye Docs and a supportive staff to make you feel welcome and appreciated!!!

I was very pleased with the entire experience and the way I was treated. The Team really cared, the Dr. did a very thorough eye exam and explained everything to me as well as showed me everything. When I told him about some issues with my one eye and what happened he was very concerned and wanted to do another type scan just to make sure there was nothing serious going on which I really appreciated. Would definitely highly recommend.

I really enjoy my annual eye exams with Dr. Cory Lindenman at Andover Family Optometry. He is very thorough and explains everything to you. The staff here are very friendly and welcoming. I was seen right at my appointment time. The new location is absolutely beautiful! There is plenty of room for all the equipment, and the layout is very conducive to being an eye doctor’s office. They don’t pressure you to buy glasses through them, and will provide you with your prescription so you can get glasses elsewhere. I really love the professionalism and great quality of care that is provided by Andover Family Optometry.

After many years searching, I think I’ve finally found a permanent Optometrist! Dr. Boswell took time to ask questions ro get to know me, AND what my background was like raising my children here in Wichita just like he is doing. he was very relaxed, calm, and very easy and friendly to talk to. He also took time to explain my specific eye issues and seemed extremely knowledgeable and caring.

Great customer service and very thorough explanations. The new office is beautiful, clean, and welcoming. I really appreciated the newer technology and updated equipment—they made the exam feel very thorough and efficient. The staff was friendly and professional, and the doctor took time to explain everything clearly. You can tell a lot of thought went into the new facility and patient experience. Highly recommend!!
