OUTSTANDING service! Stan is a master at his craft. He has so much experience and expertise and was an absolute pleasure to work with. His attention to detail and personalized service impressed us so much. My two pairs of glasses were ready in 3 days and the lenses were perfect. I am so impressed with Andover Optical! I broke my glasses, and I needed a pair quickly! I called many local places, and everyone said 10 to 14 business days… Until I spoke with Stan at Andover Optical! He told me to come down today, and he would get them by the end of the week! Stan was lovely to work with. He helped me pick a frame that I liked, and the lenses that made the most sense for me. Stan made it a quick, easy, and very pleasant experience!
I wear glasses with progressive lenses and I have been having a very difficult time finding a decent optical shop that can handle my prescription. I am so happy and delighted to have found Andover Optical. This place deserves more than 5 stars. The owner (Stan) is extremely professional, helpful, and diligent. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. I have had so many bad experiences other places that I thought I will never be able to find someone to help me but this little gem located w downtown Andover has helped me enormously and I am very grateful.
Stan and Nancy are incredible! Superb customer service. I accidentally broke my glasses (that I purchased from another business out of state) and the manufacturer discontinued the frame I broke. Stan was knowledgeable and kind and told me I could drop my glasses off at anytime. When I dropped my glasses off, Nancy was in the office and was able to repair my frames the same day. I highly recommend Andover Optical and I will continue to support this business and encourage others to do the same.
