Best Optometry experience I've ever had. The staff are beyond friendly. Philly was the most #chillvibesonly guy I've ever met and made me feel at total ease. Dr. Mayancela was thorough, kind, and explained everything with clarity. Highly recommend.
This optometry office is incredible! My appointment went smoothly thanks to a wonderful doctor who thoroughly took the time to address my many questions, examine my eyes and discuss options for me. She made sure to address every detail so that I left with the answers I needed! The office has an amazingly helpful staff in the front and in the eyeglass shop. The process from start to finish was very organized. I was so happy with my first visit! I’m grateful to be a new patient here.
Excellent experience at Andover Optometry. I took my 11-year-old son for an eye exam and he was a little nervous. Dr. Mayancela was very friendly, thorough, and patient. She made him feel at ease and easily explained his options. Office staff was also very kind and welcoming.
The staff was wonderful. The office was clean. There was parking out back which was helpful for the busy area. I would however recommend ordering contact lenses online instead of through the office. I paid about $300 for a year supply of contacts with my insurance (which took about $200 off the total of almost $500). Turns out a year supply online is about $260 without using insurance so I wish I had shopped around before ordering… this was my first time at this office and I have not had this experience with previous offices when I lived in Maine so I’m a little bummed out and confused about the difference in cost.
