Dr Gray has been our ophthalmologist for several years. We have had the best vision correction that we have ever had. Time came for me to have cataract surgery this year. She and her staff were very professional and knowledgeable. They pay attention to details and listen to you. At first, although I struggled with understanding everything, all my questions were answered completely. The surgery and follow up went well. The outcome exceeded my expectations. Thank you, Dr Gray for your patience with me in this process.

I am so sad to hear that Dr. Billingsley is leaving Roseburg. He has provided excellent care for the short time he has been here. I am seeing so much better now, and I will greatly miss him. He always made me feel comfortable and took the time to explain things to me. It’s too bad that the good ones always leave.

Dr. Billingsley gets a 5/5 star review. As for the business, it gets the 3/5 star review. The business has rescheduled me on more than one occasion due to overbooking multiple patients. It has been nice to get established with a decent Ophthalmologist that actually listens, isn't pushy, and provides feedback on what will be the most beneficial for me. It will be sad to see him go.

I have been seeing Dr. Gray over six years and recently had cataract surgery on both eyes. The offices are clean and well managed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Wait times are short and exams are thorough. Questions and concerns are addressed. I have never smelled any offensive odors and I am sensitive to chemicals. The bad reviews seem off and do not describe this office or staff. I have always been satisfied with the service and will continue to use this office.

I'm 63 years old, went to Andrea V. Gray. MD, PC for routine diabetic eye exam, found Cataracts on both eye's, I've worn glasses since 7. After Cataract Surgery I now have 20/20 vission, only wear glasses to read. Thank You Dr. Andrea V. Gray, MD, PC. Staff was very friendly, and professional, great Follow up care. Thank You.
