Excellent! 10/10 service! I’ve been to multiple eye doctors in the area and have never had such a thorough yet quick service! Plus I had an issue with my insurance, turns out my previous eye clinic was still trying to bill my insurance. So thankfully an employee here at Eyemart let me know and I was able to get everything cleared up. Wish I got her name, she really helped me out. And thankfully they were able to start my appointment. I’m truly grateful for the assistance. It had been three years at this point since my last pair of glasses and I wasn’t familiar with this new clinic yet they were all so caring. Plus my new pairs of glasses were done so fast! I would normally have to wait days for my new pair of glasses to be finished yet it took mere minutes to be done! Highly recommend! Plus they take Moda if you’re curious.

I am very satisfied with EyeMart Express on Garden Valley Blvd in Roseburg, Oregon. My wife and I both had eye exams, then picked our two frames each and had the finished glasses within about 90 minutes ! The staff person that helps with frame selection and fitting was excellent. I definitely recommend EyeMart Express. And the prices are very good.

I love the service here. The employees are always kind and considerate. I’ve had to repair my glasses a ton, which sucks, but thanks to the amazing warranty options and helpful service, I almost always leave with them fixed! They take their time when helping decide what the best glasses for you are, and do whatever they can to ensure the best experience. I had to send a pair of glasses to get repaired recently and this is the first time I haven’t received them back within the hour ( I scratched my upgraded lenses, so I expected a longer repair this time.) The employee was very quick, kind, and ensured I knew exactly what was going to happen. Always the best experience.

I was amazed at the way this Office was arranged. You didn't have to wait for someone to show you glasses.There were people at desks for that.They helped my wife first, and I was amazed at her prices, so I asked if they took my insurance.And they did, and I bought two pair of glasses.Also, they were awesome knowledgeable, friendly fast. We went to lunch and both received texts that our glasses were ready for pickup. These are the best glasses that I have had in years.I can see so much better than I could.With my v a pair. We will be back for our next pair of glasses when we need them. My wife even commented on her eye exam that they had machines.She had never seen before. She is extremely happy with hers.Also thank you.

My first exam and purchase at the Roseburg, OR location was simply awesome! So nice to finally find a decent selection of quality wider frames to fit my wonky head, and a pleasant staff. Lens options and coatings are better than Lens Crafters and pricing is competitive. Grace in sales was a pleasure to work with. My glasses were ready in a week - outstanding!
