The customer service at the Eau Gallie was horrendous. The manager I dealt with, Christy, (spelling may be wrong because she turned over her name tag. I had to ask another employee) refused to honor the advertised price and blamed the product vendor. She then refused to refund me my money back until the police arrived because I was arguing with her that it was Walmart’s responsibility when I showed her the Walmart sign above the product display. And then she threatened me that police would show up at my front door if I posted anything o. Social Media. Is that what Walmart calls Custimer Service?

This walmart has been the best walmart I've ever been to. Not just for the stuff but the people that works here. Their customer service is so friendly, helpful and very happy😁

I understand the location/atmosphere but customer service within the front needs more training! The individuals on the floor gave exceptional customer service but please do not watch your customers as if they are about to exit the store without paying!

I bought an air filter for my air conditioner when I came home and opened it it was damaged in the corner. I took it right back but they claimed that I should have known it was damaged when I bought it and would initially not return it. They also told me I was probably not telling the truth to them and I probably damaged it while I put it into the air conditioner. But I never even put in the air conditioner because when I open the package it was damaged. After a long discussion with manager my money was refunded but not after I was told that I was not telling the truth . It was very insulting. I also show the managers that there was multiple air filters that were damaged and they were trying to sell these. She then apologized and gave me my money back. But overall very bad experience
