I’ve been to multiple eye doctors of multiple companies/ownership over the years. Angel Eyes inside Lens Crafters is absolutely outstanding! The entire process was smooth from start to finish. I made my appointment online through my insurance web portal, and the Angel Eyes system synced with zero issues. I received a confirmation email within hours from Angel Eyes. Reminder texts and emails were just frequent enough to be helpful but not so frequent that they were redundant and annoying. Check-in was simple and I was met with two employees who were polite, helpful, and pleasant for a light chat while I waited (which was only a couple minutes). The equipment used by Angel Eyes felt top-of-the-line and like they stay on top of eye exam tech. I even got to see the digital retina scan of my eyes on the screen once I was in the exam room. All the equipment is kept clean and sanitary, but they also wipe it down in front of you for extra reassurance. The exam itself was not overly long, with the doctor making sure not to over stress my eyes while flipping between “Which is better, 1 or 2?” I was informed of the condition of my eyes overall, not just told what my prescription level had become. I voiced my concerns about family history, and the doctor compared my concerns to the current state of my eyes , as well as informing me of things to watch for with my age (40s). I wear contacts and was sent home with several trial packs for each eye with different types of contacts, so I can test them out in my daily life and see which ones are the best fit for me BEFORE ordering a full set for each eye. This was IMMENSELY appreciated. Most eye doctors just ask what features you think you want and click the order button. Overall, this was one of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at an eye doctor and will absolutely be keeping them as long as my insurance is accepted here.
