They responded to an emergency really well. I got a good response calling after office hours and an immediate appointment for the next day. I received a very thorough exam and good after care.
Today was my first time stepping foot in this building and I must say the experience was amazing.. The staff was friendly, and the environment was welcoming.. The service was amazing and quick. I will be making this my new eye doctor home and I'm even thinking about switching my children over as well. I recommend Dr.Persons he is awesome . And the receptionist Hailey was outstanding..
Top notch people with Top notch professionalism! Although I abhor the thought of visiting the doctor, I must say I had a very positive experience with The Eye Clinic North. The staff was really nice, helpful, AND patient. Dr. Person, of course, is AWESOME! He's very thorough with his work, took his time to investigate my problems/solutions, and was tactfully honest in communicating with me. Again, I don't WANT to see any doctor - not even Dr. Pepper - but if I NEED to see a doctor for this level of eye care, Dr. Person and the entire staff at The Eye Clinic North IS my top choice without a doubt.
Great location, atmosphere, eyeglass center and front desk staff. When you are called back to be seen, you'll find Dr. Molly Lee and her staff are top-notch! Very pleasant, caring, thorough and will do everything necessary to get to the root of your problem. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eye Clinic North.
DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!Today I called in to schedule appointment but first I pressed 5 to confirm if they take my insurance which is United health care they inform me yes they do they verified I was all set so I ask can I make an appointment the woman told me that was a different department and to hang up in call in and press 2 which I did the lady that answer the phone asked for my insurance which is United healthcare which the other department verified already . She asked me are you sure you have United health care ? Lol I’m positive I’m provide my id number she claim they couldn’t find anything but blue care for me which I haven’t use since I was younger so I was confused I said I’ll call my insurance provider to see what is going on . I called them they informed me that it is active I call back up to eye clinic north they said they don’t see that insurance for me in the system. I said I can still make an appointment they said no that is against their policy (NEVER HEARD THAT BEFORE ) like I can pay cash it is not that serious I feel they were being biased because I called another clinic and they took me with no problem and was also able to pull my ACTIVE United healthcare that eye clinic north claim they did not see in their system if I can give you all 0/10 I would .
