Dr. Dawn is incredibly thorough; she took her time walking me through every step of the exam and made sure I fully understood her findings and recommendations. It is clear she genuinely cares about her patients’ eye health and goes above and beyond to provide personalized care. What really stood out was how friendly and professional everyone on the team was. From the front desk to the exam room, every single person made me feel comfortable and at ease. It is rare to find an office where the warmth and attentiveness are consistent across the entire staff.
