Dr. Susan Chen is AMAZING. Been a patient for 17 years and since it's been so long consider her a friend. She's "Susan" to me now and just love her!!! She is patient, kind, professional and listens! Staff is great too. Office is quaint, same location the whole time. If I didn't have to pay every time I see her I would come a LOT more often!
We had a wonderful experience at 20/20 Eyecare!Dr.Chen and her staff here is friendly, professional, and responsible. Both of my children were fitted with orthokeratology lenses here, and the entire process was smooth and reassuring. The doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the kids felt comfortable throughout. We truly appreciate the care and attention to detail. We will definitely continue coming here for their vision care and highly recommend this clinic to other families!

They were warm, welcoming, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.The front desk was organized and efficient, answering all of my questions with patience and kindness. The doctor was very thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly so I felt comfortable and informed about my eye health. I truly appreciated how attentive and caring everyone was. It’s not always easy to find an office where you feel genuinely valued as a patient, but this office went above and beyond. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for quality eye care and outstanding customer service!

Dr Chen and her team always provide wonderful care for our family eye exam. Our daughter needed the recommended how to correct nearsighted, Dr Chen was able to take her time to explain to us all the options with benefit and challenges child and parent maybe facing. There are also plenty of choose for different frames or sunglasses for you to choose. I highly recommended this place for your eye care based on our experience and friendly and professional services.
