I can't express how sweet Dr. Ciobanu is! I keep coming back to this office because she is so kind, she has great recommendations, and she explains my options so well when I come in.

I've been going to Dr. Ciobanu for my eye exams since 2010 (over 15 years). She is warm, welcoming, and very professional. She always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes me feel completely at ease throughout the entire eye exam. She is patient if you have questions and she is clearly passionate about eye health. Her office is spotless and modern, with state-of-the-art equipment that made the whole process quick and comfortable. I mainly use contacts now and she always presents multiple options to ensure I can get the best lenses for my needs, while balancing both comfort and price. Highly recommended!

The experience was pleasant and professional. I was greeted right away and seen right at my appointment time. I feel like I was given a thorough examination and any of my questions were answered. The results of the tests were clearly explained to me and was fitted for the frames I selected. There was no pressure to purchase more expensive frames or services that I did not need. I will definitely return next year for an annual exam. And, I did return just last week, and had the same great, professional service.

Staff was great, as usual, and Dr. Ciobanu helped me figure out the best way to move forward with my new prescription! Always grateful for the care that is taken here to ensure I get what I need.
