So I waited a week for glasses. No problem, but when I got them all the shadows I was seeing were brightly highlighted in blue. So to fix that they would have to send my glasses back and go with a less expensive eye lens. Well two weeks later I get them back after waiting now three weeks. Still seeing the blue tent on shadows. I wasn’t able two talk to an eye doctor the day I picked them up today and I wasn’t able to talk to them today either because I was at work. Very unprofessional in my opinion to not let me speak to the doctor and now I am stuck with the cheaper less expensive lens. What a joke I’m furious and tired of waiting on what I pains for. I’ll never be back here ever again.

The ladies that work there are rude and dont listen. They dont care what medacaid has to say and refused to see me with out over a 100 dollars even tho medacaid said I can be seen. So I left that office. I have never in my life heard of such non sense. They want me to go over a year with an old prescription that only going to hurt my eyes. Even after talking to medacaid and relaying the information back. I was still tuned away. Worst eye doctor ever

Been a patient with my kids for 2 years now. Staff is very friendly, efficient and helpful. The doctor is always on time with her appointments and explains her findings in each appointment. I have 7 boys and she is patient with each of them. Will not go anywhere else

I've been going to this clinic for over 45 years. First with Dr Dachelet and now under the care of his daughter Dr Wilczek. Superb treatment. Professional care. Takes time to explain things and answer my questions. And, yes, chat.
