After being a loyal customer for 12 years, I was completely blindsided by a call from the manager telling me they would no longer have me as a patient. No real explanation was given, just that I “ask for contact trials too often.” I have a high prescription and simply requested that they keep a pair available in case of an emergency, which I feel is a reasonable request for someone who has been coming here for over a decade. Instead, I was made to feel like a burden. The manager even said I “give them a hard time,” which was honestly shocking and unprofessional. There was no effort to work with me and no attempt to find a solution, just a dismissal after 12 years of business. What really stood out was how poorly this was handled. If simply asking about trial contacts is considered too much, it raises serious questions about how they manage patient care in general. It felt less like a professional decision and more like they just did not want to deal with a basic request. Very disappointing experience. I expected better treatment and respect as a long term patient. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
