I've had consistently great experiences at Antelope Valley Family Optometry with Dr. Lin. Dr. Lin always does a thorough job and takes his time during exams. The appointments never feel rushed, and he makes sure everything is explained clearly, which I really appreciate. The staff is also excellent. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and very helpful from check-in through checkout. The office runs smoothly, and appointments feel well organized.

This was my second visit I had a young lady help me the first time she was very friendly and thorough so I decided to continue coming to this office this time around I saw Dr. Lin he was very thorough with the whole visit. He explained everything. He was never rushing to get to the next patient. I was very happy with the service I received front and back office staff were very friendly. I will definitely continue coming to this office. Highly recommend 👌 I brought the stars down because this past week I've been calling at different times and no one answers so I have driven to the location only to find signs that say they closed at a different time it would be helpful if this was said when you call or on the voicemail so that I dont drive out 40 minutes round-trip to find out it was closed.

“Daphne provided excellent customer service, as did the other employees. However, she was the only one who thoroughly answered all of my questions. I would give her 10 stars without hesitation.”

I really enjoyed the visit. First time there and no issues staff was great in assisting my 5 year old with her first pair. The doctor was amazing taking his time to explain to me everything. From the issues he found to the treatment options. Thumbs way up

I went in today on the good review of my son-in-law and was definitely not disappointed. I had been going elsewhere where the last time I went I left not being able to see well out of my left eye. The doctor spent the time to see how he could help me see better. I would absolutely refer anyone who is asking to go there. Everyone from the front counter to the woman who helped with the frames and pupil measurements were friendly, helpful and professional. Thank you for an amazing experience!
