I recently had an appt with Dr Deidre Cullen at Apex Eyecare in Belmont, NH. I interacted with everyone in the office that day. Her receptionist, Phylena, whom I saw to schedule my appt, and the day of my appt, was as pleasant and helpful as can be, very clear in her explanations, and also concerned about the environment, as is Dr Cullen, I'm told. Katy, an optician, helped me with a few documents. She, too, was professional, courteous, and a nice addition to the office. Dr Cullen was prompt, very proficient, and a pleasure with whom to deal. She inspired confidence in examining me, utilizing the latest equipment, and gave detailed explanations of the eye, optic nerve and blood vessels. Though I may consider cataract surgery, she has arranged for someone from the surgeons office to call me. As an almost 75 year old woman, I feel the service provided me by all of the staff was outstanding. I will definitely return for my yearly visits. (I also exchanged pleasantries with a young man in the office. I say this because he too fit the team well, and may be another optician, offering more options to patients.) I can't say enough about Apex! They're great!
