The staff at this office is friendly and caring. I was expecting to walk into chaos like I experienced at other offices. The office wasn’t overbooked with people camped out for hours. It was relaxed and pleasant. The doctor took her time with me and she was very pleasant and happy. I would highly recommend Appalachian Eye Care in Beckley.
Me and my husband both had a wonderful experience and the staff is amazing. Highly recommend them for anyone who is looking for a place to go for eye care. Also great with our grandchildren. We had some good laughs about my eyes being better than my husband’s and how us women have to stick together. Made the visit not stressful like ones I have had in the past at other eye clinics. I just had my first visit with them and pleased with every aspect of detailed testing and knowledgeable staff. I've used the same eye doctor for years, but had to find new provider this year. I am so glad I found Appalachian Eye Care. Making an appointment was easy and quick. The facility is clean with updated technology and equipment to give me the best care possible. I loved it so much that I even switched my whole family from our previous provider to Appalachian Eye Care. The only thing that would make this a perfect 5 star would be more of a selection of eyewear.
