They are horrible at scheduling properly and you’re never seen until 2 hours AFTER your appointment time. They really need to have their office ran better and stop over scheduling people to the point we’re sitting for HOURS waiting.

Excellent experience here. Staff is very friendly as well as the doctor that attended me. He took time to explain and let me ask questions if I need it be. Dr. Richardson was and is my choice.

Mothers Appointment time was at 12:40 was taken back quickly and had eyes dilated and scanned. An hour and 20mins later still waiting to see the Dr.

Dr Jamerson ruined my husband's vision with the laser surgery for diabetic retinopathy. I called the office to discuss with staff concerning his vision being worse. I was told it would be worse, "to wait and see." Well, almost three years later and he still has the same vision issues, only worse. Ancillary staff is rude. Would not recommend. Dr Jamerson stated he was the only doctor in the state who can perform this procedure. Very disappointed in his performance as a clinician.

I seen the DOCTOR who is their EVERY MONDAY since during the WEEK DAYS EACH DAY has a different DOCTOR in the CLINIC,so what ever DAY of the WEEK You start going on is the same DAY of the WEEK that You will continue to be seen on ,therefore You will be seen by the same DOCTOR. Like I said the DR I had seemed to know what He was doing etc an they moved pretty quickly & I have heard that from other Family Members Who go here as well just a different DAY outta the WEEK pretty much nothing but GOOD about the STAFF & DOCTORS that WORK in this RETINA CONSULTANTS CLINIC PLACE :) !!!!!
