Dr Annika is a marvelous optometrist. Apple Valley Eye Care is the best! Even though they are “out of network” for me, I will continue to go with them for eye care as long as I can!
Dr Annika is wonderful. She is so knowledgeable and caring and I trust her judgment and treatment completely. The staff is great . I have been a patient for almost 10 years.
I first walked in last Friday thinking that possibly they would be able to do a walk-in, but they don’t do that. So I looked over their glasses selection found a pair I liked and then put in my information and got an appointment scheduled. Today when I walked in, everything was easy and went very well. I’m a type two diabetic and they were able to help check me for eye issues for that. I think the whole situation probably only took about 45 minutes. The only thing I can say bad about them is that the intake form that I filled out online wasn’t necessarily working well when it came to taking my insurance card. But other than that, the staff was wonderful and the whole overall look of the office was nice and immaculate.
Great Doctor (Dr Marshall) and wonderful staff technicians helped me get fitted with updated lenses in new eye wear. Great experience.
I have been a customer for decades, but they have lost me. They canceled my appointment twice, with the last cancelation done while I was on my way there. It's not easy getting an appointment in a timely manner, then to have it canceled twice with a poor excuse was enough. I am sorry to leave but I can't deal with their mess any more.
