Being new to MN from Iowa, I had several nearby Target Opticals to choose from. I chose the Apple Valley location based on it having the highest Google score and so many positive comments. They did not disappoint! Soliana started off my appointment, and was so very kind and sweet. I was super impressed with the new technology Dr. Fleming used to check the retinal health without having l my eyes dilated, and loved that he could show me exactly what he was seeing. But Tyler - he greeted me, started shopping for eyewear choices for me while I was doing my exam, and is so very attentive and great at providing an exceptional customer service! He even helped me trouble shoot a technology issue with my phone so I would be able to leave this review! I would rate them an 11 out of 10 if it let me! Thanks for making my eye exam such a delightful experience!

Tyler was so awesome and helpful during my eye appointment! He made my experience super easy and personal. He even squeezed me in earlier than my appointment was scheduled for! I will definitely be a returning customer because of him!

Thanks to Tyler for the amazing service! He always helps me out with my loose frame and gets everything fixed quickly. I walked out with my glasses repaired in just a few minutes. Friendly, professional, and efficient—I highly recommend him!

Excellent customer service from Tyler Caracofe at Target Optical. He had a very positive attitude and really took his time helping me find the right glasses for my style and personality. He was patient, professional, and made the entire experience comfortable and easy. I never felt rushed, and he genuinely cared about helping me pick frames that looked good on me. Target Optical is lucky to have someone like him working there.

We received excellent service at this Pilot Knob location. Tyler was energetic and fun while helping us select the right frames. Dr. Fleming was amazingly efficient with his process and delivered a great experience to help my teen navigate this process. We completed our visit with Soliana and she was very kind and thorough with the checkout process. Thank you for having such a great team.
