I set an appointment with a specialist a doctor. However, when I was in the office 3 optometrist checked my eyes . I thought the last one was the doctor but nobody let me know until I asked the 3er optometrist if she was the doctor and she said no I’m not. Doctors only come here every three months in this office . I got very mad with the last optometrist she was very rude and discourteous and she didn’t know how to explain me the side effects of a surgery in the eyes. She told me “it got to be a specialist” but that’s what I’m here for I told her. It was a waist of time and money in this office full of incompetent employees.

Crowded waiting room, then after getting in to see the doctor at 11:15 for a 10 am appointment, we found out that our request for a Spanish-speaking doctor was not complied with. This is after confirming with the person who took the phone appointment twice that the doctor spoke Spanish.
I have been a patient with this clinic for years and recently had a very disappointing experience. I am currently receiving eye injections and had an upcoming appointment. My doctor supposedly sent a request to the insurance company regarding approval for my treatment, but I was never updated. For over a week, I tried calling multiple times to confirm whether the injection was approved so I wouldn’t show up for nothing. No one answered the phone, and no one returned my calls. When I finally reached the main office, I requested to speak with a supervisor due to the lack of communication. I was placed on hold for a long time and then disconnected. After calling again, I was told someone would call me back the same day — but no one ever did. This level of service is unacceptable, especially for a medical provider where patient care and communication are critical. I am very disappointed and hope the management improves their responsiveness and respect for patients’ time.
I am never coming back to this place! It was the worst doctor's appointment I've ever had. My appointment was at 10:00 AM, but I wasn't seen until 11:30—only to be told to use warm compresses. They didn't prescribe any medication, and the person at the front desk didn't care about my frustration; they were very rude and showed zero customer service. I definitely do not recommend them.
