I took my granddaughter to see her pediatrician, Rachel, today and once again she was absolutely amazing. My granddaughter was very, very sick, and Rachel made sure she was feeling somewhat better before we left the office. She took her time, showed genuine concern, and truly cared about her patient’s well-being. We are so grateful for the compassion and excellent care she provides every visit
The last time we went in to see Mandeep, I took an IHSS form in for her to fill out for my son. The form had been provided to us through CVRC. When I handed her the form, and she looked it over, she let me know she would not be filling it out. She questioned me why he would need it. The way she said it shocked me. My son who is 18, reacted to her reaction, to the which she laughed at him. She handled the situation with very Professionalism, and acted like she had no knowledge that my son was autistic. She has been his doctor for a couple of years. I went back, and spoke with the director of the building, she said she would have Mandeep fill the paper work out and apologized. When I went back to pick up the paperwork, it was only partially filled out and gave very little supporting information about his diagnosis. She didn’t fill in all the areas, and we were delayed getting our hours started. 10/10 would not recommend.
The girls there are super sweet! Harpreet always listens to my concerns & makes me feel so at ease for any questions I might have. Will always recommend her!
Nice caring doctor that actually gave us medicine (Rachel Baldwin) Harpreet is a great one too. Unlike two others there that only offer home remedies , like really? Kids won’t drink tea , or honey with black pepper or paprika . We go there for Medicine not home remedy advice :
