I visited this clinic in August 2025 for my annual checkup after seeing all the positive Google reviews. Before making the appointment, I asked multiple times whether they accepted my employer's insurance, and I was told yes. My insurance also covers one annual preventive visit. The visit itself seemed fine, but they ordered a lot of tests (more than 100) that I didn't think were necessary, which turned into a nightmare when it came to billing. I spent months going back and forth between the office and my insurance company trying to get things sorted out. Every time I called the office, I was transferred from one person to another and had to explain the same situation over and over again. I initially got responses from Luisa by email, but eventually she stopped replying, and the receptionists would not transfer my calls to her. My insurance company also tried reaching Dr. Zerremi and his assistant, Luisa, but they were unable to get in touch with either of them. I was told several times that a supervisor would call me back, but no one ever did. It's been almost a year, and I still haven't received my medical report. I have wasted so much time and money dealing with this office when I could have gone somewhere else and received better care. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place, especially if you have private insurance. The lack of communication and follow-up has been extremely disappointing. Hopefully, after this review, they will finally send me my report.

I came here on july 14 to see the eye doctor , apparently she’s only there every Tuesday . My appointment was for 10:30am I got there at 10:15 because it was my first time seeing her . The lady in the front desk that day , she had me standing there and took her time to ask me if I needed help , I said I had an eye appointment , didn’t even ask for my DOB just my name, I still provided my DOB. I waited till 11:10 to ask how much longer for my appointment , she said to wait for an answer , then another I front desk next to her ask me “ have they taken a test already ?” I’m like “huh?” I then said “ no you should’ve known this “ they got offended like if I cursed them out , talking about we don’t know nothing we gotta ask the MA’s , mind you is a small waiting areas so everyone can see the MAs coming back and front . It was her attitude she got loud for no reason , I then said “cancelled my appointment and give me another date “ she told the other lady “cancelled her “ and they proceeded to go ignore me , when I was still willing to make an app. It honestly looks like older people come here and they make them wait more then 3+hours , I kept hearing people complain and that’s when I noticed appointment don’t matter , it only counts just to see who and when patients coming in but you never going to be seen at you’re time . And I say this because I already had gone for the neurologist and willingly waited for 2 hours but they were just rude and annoyed ur asking questions like it’s you’re job . Is the front desk respectfully I wish I had gotten their names , they have no clue who’s being seen next or something .

The physical therapy department was excellent. The staff was kind, professional, and very attentive throughout my visits. They made me feel comfortable and supported. Highly recommended!
