We visited the St. Mary's location and it was excellent service. Everyone, including reception, nurse, and doctor, was very friendly. The waiting room for pediatrics was clean and well stocked with toys and kids' activities. The wait time was minimal despite having to be dilated. It was a very pleasant experience! I would definitely recommend this office!

Today's visit for my kiddo was incredibly refreshing. I've been bringing my child to AZ Consultants since 2021, and previous appointments typically lasted 3–4 hours. Because of that, I came in mentally preparing for another long visit. Instead, everything went exceptionally well. We were in and out in about an hour. The staff was welcoming, professional, and pleasant throughout the entire appointment. Dr. Lippman was thorough, took the time to answer my questions, and was easy to talk to, which made the experience even better. Thank you for providing such an efficient and positive experience today. It was truly unexpected and very much appreciated!

My daughter had her very first eye appointment here, and she was so nervous. I can't say enough wonderful things about this office! From the moment we walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and incredibly welcoming. I've worn glasses my entire life, but this was all new for my daughter. Thankfully, she doesn't need glasses right now, and thanks to the positive experience everyone gave her, she left saying she can't wait for her appointment next year. Thank you to the entire team for making her first eye exam such a comfortable and enjoyable experience. We truly appreciate your outstanding care!

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Liepmann for quite some time, and we actually followed him from his previous office because he is an excellent ophthalmologist. He is knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and always takes the time to answer our questions. We have complete confidence in the care he provides, and he truly deserves 5 stars. Unfortunately, our experience with the office scheduling and wait times was very disappointing. My daughter’s appointment was at 2:10 p.m., and we arrived about 5 minutes early. We were still waiting to actually see Dr. Lieppman after 4:15 p.m. During that time, we were called back for eye drops, sent back to the waiting room, called into another room, sent back out again, and continued waiting for long periods. We live a considerable distance from Tucson and had scheduled two specialist appointments on the same day to avoid making multiple long trips. Because of the excessive delay, we had to leave before my daughter could finish her appointment. She had already received dilating drops, and we ended up missing our second specialist appointment and had to reschedule it. Dr. Lieppman is exceptional, and we will continue seeing him because of the outstanding care he provides. However, I sincerely hope the office can improve its scheduling and patient flow. Families who travel long distances or coordinate multiple medical appointments should not have to wait over two hours past their scheduled appointment time.. Dr. Lieppman deserves 5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but the office’s scheduling and wait times need significant improvement. I hope they can find a way to better manage appointment times because the quality of care is excellent, but the delays make it very difficult for families who travel long distances or have other medical appointments.

A very well structured office. Excellent customer service, patience and a lot of smiles. Full exams and clear explanations of eye changes. Definitely was glad to have been directed to the office of Dr.Duong’s excellent service!
