Waiting with my mother, receptionist calls out poor woman for being late in front of everyone, woman tried to explain her misunderstanding and worker just relentlessly shaming her, unacceptable way to speak to our elders.

This place i s the worst! They have text me four times. In those four times I have tried to call. The "call back" game is garbage! It does hold you rplace in line and then it will click on you. You will wait countless hours on the phone just TRYING to speak to a human. They also text in off hours as well (not pertaining to an appointment reminder). I think people are being paid to write good reviews. You all are NOT ideal for people who have ANY disability, do not call them. I do not know who has even gotten an appointment to write a review in the first place. Sure fire way to lose it and the good day you may have had going.
I have been taking a family member here for a little over a month due to an ongoing issue. They kept telling her to come back for check ups and by the last appointment today the staff was rude and acted irritated that she was there. Specifically Dr. Winkler. He was dismissive and unpleasant. Sometimes people are nervous about health issues and it's a doctor's duty to make them comfortable. He needs to work on his attitude.
The staff here was phenomenal, I felt very comfortable. The nurse did most of the work and was great. The actual doctor on the other hand... He did basically nothing and he was kind of creepy and judgemental. Update: When I had asked the eye doctor about one of my symptoms, he said "that's normal". It turns out I have a serious condition and I have now been scheduled with a neurologist. Do. Not. Trust. These. People.
I was very happy that my surgery went so smoothly. From the time I arrived at the facility I was treated quickly, politely, made to feel important. The staff along with Dr Winkler treated me very kindly and respectfully. I was very pleased with the professionalism everyone displayed. I felt very comfortable and relaxed before and during my procedure. I would recommend this facility as well as my doctor and Arizona Eye Specialists.
