Absolutely love this place and it’s now my new eye doctor place! I haven’t been the to eye doctor in many years so I needed the annual eye exam check up done in the same day. I called the office and from the very start you get treated with nothing but respect and kindness. The front desk answered all of my questions and were able to get me scheduled in the same day. When I walked in I was greeted with smiles from all of the workers. The check in process was very easy and quick. When Grace the technician took me back to do my exams she was very thorough in explaining what everything was that she would be doing. Grace was the absolute best! I have not met a technician like her that actually cares and tries to make you feel comfortable so you don’t freak out. She even made sure I got a copy of all my paperwork and my retina pictures! After the exams were completed with Grace I waited for Dr.Richard Wood to come in. When Dr.Wood entered the room to speak to me and do the remaining exams he was very kind and greeted me with smiles as well as the scribe who was with him. Dr.Wood explained everything to me thoroughly and helped put my mind at ease. I definitely recommend going here because you will receive the best care and would be in good hands!

Dr. Wood takes all the time needed to do THE most thorough exam. He listens carefully to concerns and is the kindest Doctor ever! I’ve referred 4 people to him recently. Also, staff are kind and helpful!

Dr Wood is an exceptionally professional doctor and caring individual that listened to my concerns, and two hours later I had answers and direction. His assistants were also helpful and personable.

I had my yearly appointment yesterday and without me telling them about a recent health problem being diagnosed at Mayo Clinic, Dr. P. noticed that things were quite different with my vision. Once he asked if I had any changes in my health, I explained my diagnosis. He agreed that my condition definitely made sense as to the big change in my vision. I absolutely appreciate his noting this and recognizing that "something" caused my deteriorated vision. So, off to the gals upfront for two new pair of glasses! Yeah!
