I am a new customer and was helped by Diane, a long time employee. She was warm, welcoming and very business like. She helped me find new glasses that fit well. She was thorough and explained everything. I was so nervous about spending more than usual, but my new frames are truly amazing and I love them.
This place is truly amazing. I have worked with Diane for a number of years and have used this group for the years they were housed/associated with ophthalmologist Dennis Cooper, MD in Scottsdale until their move to central Phoenix. Diane knows her stuff plus they truly want you to be satisfied with the product, and when I was not, they absorbed the cost to replace my specialized lenses with another more satisfying product. There was nothing wrong with the original product, which I chose, which was my fault. Yet they replaced it free of charge. Believe me there is a big difference between their personalized service and the big chain stores.
Diane, the technician, is amazing. She consistently provides great service. My husband's prescriptions are very tricky but since coming here the glasses have been exact thanks to her desire to be sure he can actually see! Highly recommend AOD
Colleen has always worked to make sure my very strong prescription is correct and the frames are adjusted correctly. As simply as that sounds, I have suffered with many poorly fitted glasses over the decades.
Incredible and caring staff with great prices... I have been receiving my optical care here for over 20 years and will never look elsewhere for the best value and quality ease see Colleen or any of her staff at the Indian School locations... Thanks AOD!!!!!
