Mauricio started helping me the moment I walked through the door. He was so kind. I gave him a few suggestions, and while I got my eyes examined, he took the ball and ran with it. I loved the fact that when I came out, he had already picked out many frames for me and helped me narrow it down and pick out the perfect frame for my face. You don’t get service like this everywhere. Someone who genuinely cares takes the time to truly give you an opinion. I love this kind of customer service thank you

I randomly stopped in to check out the sunglass selection. Pleasantly surprised with the really nice selection covering different price points. My salesperson Celine @ Paradise Valley, AZ location was very welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. I originally went in looking for 1 pair, but bought 2 pairs, after Celine informed me about the current sale going on. I loved the service I received, as well as my new shades, & I’ll definitely be back !

Shout out to Miles on the sales side for being knowledgeable and ensuring I got the best deal with my insurance! He was able to walk me through some recommendations as I will need special glasses for running and for work. Ryan from the actual doctors office was able to help me out when my trial contacts lenses got a tore after a few days. He was able to find me something closer to my vision until the actual contacts delivered. At first I was bummed it would take so long for lenses to come in but this location was able to provide as many solutions as they were capable for and really came through for me! Thank you team!!

Vanessa was wonderful throughout the entire visit I had. She helped me to find frames best suited for me. Vanessa did excellent at explaining the different options available to me such as lens types, purchase options, and insurance benefits available to me should my frames or lenses break. Vanessa made the experience easy and fun! The team at DNA eye were also friendly and made the exam very smooth! This is my second time at this location and will definitely be back!

When you come into the store please ask Mauricio. He is absolutely lit! Very thoughtful and precise with what he does. I came in with some glasses I was about to return because they weren't fitting well. He whipped out the chart and adjusted my glasses to the point I'm feeling no pain at all. They are sitting on my face without sliding off. Next time I come in, I only want to see Mauricio. Appreciate what he did for me. Really got some Chick-fil-A customer service today.
