Arkansas Family Eyecare of Malvern

I've never seen a medical facility so unconcerned with patient appointments. They cancelled me for April 28, said Dr had a medical emergency and they would call me back. I waited three weeks, I called them back, she said Dr is taking another week off and she will call me. Nothing....zip....nada! I now have a new Dr that can keep up with my diabetes and eye problems. If they wanted me to leave, they only had to ask me, not ghost me! Very unprofessional for the entire office. So, if you are looking for an eye Dr, (pardon the pun), choose carefully.

Everyone in this office is so sweet! My insurance was causing issues but they stuck with it until it was worked out and then every person I saw after was great and had a good sense of humor which I can always appreciate. I get really nervous with vision exams (horrible eyesight) and the doctor made me feel super comfortable as soon as he walked in. Will definitely return!

I was nervous about seeing someone new even though I have been going to that office for so many years but I honestly loved my experience. 💙 Dr. Zachry is very understanding and listened to my concerns and answered all my questions I had. I will continue to refer people to go there for sure

Great staff. They always do their best to accommodate my needs and Doctor Zachary was very thorough and explained my care plan in detail.

No problems whatsoever, everyone there is wonderful. They treat you with respect, they are so helpful. I really wouldn't go anywhere else.
