Eric at the vision center was so friendly and helpful when I needed to purchase glasses for my daughter. He was patient and informative with all of our questions, and very thorough and efficient with the fitting and ordering process. Communication while we were waiting for our order was very helpful as well. I highly recommend this vision center, and we will be back any time we need glasses!
We had a great experience at the vision center. Trying to fit a 7 year old for glasses is not an easy task, but Eric made it simple and easy. He answered all the questions we had, and even helped us convince the 7 year old that he would like his new frames. I won’t hesitate to go back when we need glasses again.
Excellent customer service! The folks here really helped my son pick out the best pair of glasses!! The ladies were absolutely fabulous and caring! Highly recommend!!
My son has special needs so fitting him for glasses can be hard to do. The staff is always professional and eager to help. We always look for Ms. Anna. She makes the process easy for us. She is the best!
I purchased the RayBands Meta glasses and I love them... Staff were very helpful... They told me my glasses would be ready in a week, but came in a few days later... Very satisfied!!! Over all, a great team!!!
