Absolutely the best! The first time ever I have been able to see the first time with new glasses! The Dr. is the best and the staff at the eye clinic and the optical shop are fantastic, so nice and helpful! I got my bifocal in less than a week and they are perfect! Thank you! I highly recommend them!
I had a great experience at Medical Arts Optical in Hot Springs. Caitlyn was incredibly helpful and patient, and she was so knowledgeable throughout the whole process. She took the time to answer questions, helped me narrow down choices, and made sure everything felt right instead of rushed. They also have a great selection of frames. Highly recommend if you want friendly service and someone who really knows what they’re doing.
highly recommend them! I've been to many other places in hotsprings and this one was the best. I appreciated how perfessional they were and helpful. the doctor took my concerns seriously and found the best eye contacts that worked for me.
My husband, two children, and myself all trust our eye care to Medical Arts Optical. I have seen both Dr. Long and Dr. McDonnell and both were friendly, informative and professional. The office staff is wonderful as well! Highly recommended!
I've probably been in every optical shop in town, looking for just the right kind of glasses. I was highly impressed with Medical Arts Optical and the professionalism and helpfulness of the staff. Five stars from me.
