Dr Gross the retina Dr that took over Dr Will. Dr Gross was late today my appt was supposed to be 8:15am. At 9:15 I asked what was going on she still wasn't there. They dilated my eyes did visual field test and put me in a room. An hr later I went out and she didn't even arrive yet. Office said this happens all the time. I said did she call when coming. Said she never does. I left without bring seen. That would never had happened with Dr Will. They had me speak to office manager. This is un acceptable they need to replace her. I understand things happen but call and the office is not too fond of her and says she does this all the time. There was at least 15 other patients waiting. There is another retina Dr there that they said I can try.

I’ve been going to see Doctor Glenn Levin for several years. Beyond a doubt he is the best doctor or any kind that I’ve ever been to. Friendly and helpful he explains everything he’s doing. Highly recommend. I am not the review type unless it’s really great or really terrible . Doctor Levin is great!

I broke my glasses, called the optical shop, and had them repaired all within an hour! The staff here is always so friendly and helpful, they really treat their customers like they care. I've always been happy with the optometrists too.

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. Cohen, and if I could give him 100 stars, I would! He is an incredibly professional, skilled, caring, and truly an expert in his field. From start to finish, I felt comfortable and well cared for, and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend him to anyone considering cataract surgery!

If I could give zero stars I would. I waited over 3 months for an appointment here. They called me an hour before my appointment to tell me I needed another referral from my primary. My primary doesn’t open this early so they told me I had to reschedule another month and a half later. While I was on the phone with them people were laughing in the background and the woman seemed to giggle as well. Overall behavior of the front desk seems unprofessional and lacks care. Wasted months waiting for an appointment hoping to get me out of pain with an eye issue and they were the most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever experienced while never even getting in the door! Disgusted.
