Dr. Armstrong and the staff here are amazing!! Great experience from start to finish! The receptionist was warm and welcoming, and the doctor was super friendly and attentive. So glad I found my new go-to eye doctor!

Dr Armstrong and his staff were very professional. They took the time to explain my vision issues and answered all my question I had. I’d recommend Dr Anderson and crew to anyone looking for an eye exam where you feel cared for. The facility is so clean and well kept. You feel a sense a pride walking in.

Excellent care by the doctor and Lisa 😊 I do find it odd that the doc never says goodbye.. he just walks out saying he’s going to look at something never to return. 😂. Great “bedside” manner otherwise. Lisa was very patient with me , and had many helpful tips in picking out glasses and in dealing with my insurance. The sunlight coming through the huge windows where you pick out glasses is extremely bright in the morning…LOL wearing a sun visor or having an afternoon appointment may work down the road. Highly recommend this place… terrific service and very kind people.

Trying to schedule was difficult. No one would answer the phone. You had to leave a message and they will call you back. I asked for self pay costs before the appointment. I was told if they don’t take the photos of the eye then the price was cheaper. While checking out the lady was rude and said she would only make the adjustment this time and seemed frustrated that I wasn’t purchasing glasses through them. Their glasses are higher end with a very small wall of what they call “affordable” selection. I knew the glasses are out of my price range but we liked the doctor.

I have had nothing but problems with Armstrong Optometry. They're disorganized and incompetent. I purchased contacts & glasses for my daughter and reading glasses for me in December 2025. I paid in full several hundred dollars at my visit in December. They were negligent in ordering my daughter’s contacts and glasses not once but twice. I was supposed to receive a partial refund for their lack of ordering but instead I received a bill in the mail for $85 in February. I called their office and I was told it would be corrected and I would not receive another bill. I asked for an email clarification and I was told that the email wouldn’t go through. I did in fact receive another bill in the mail. It’s April and I’m in their office now still trying to get this corrected and they’re blaming me saying they tried to contact me. I’ve never had this much trouble with an optometrist. There are much better, more competent providers out there.
