My son is starting Kindergarten and he needed an eye exam. They were able to get me an appointment the same day. The staff was so friendly and my son had a great experience. Highly recommend if you need eye care.

I have been going to Arnett for my exams for the past 3 yrs now. The staff and provider are very quick but efficient and friendly! I am very pleased with the care they provide and that’s why I continue going back! Highly recommended!
Very nice people super quick process. Make sure you’re on time for the appointment because they run a tight schedule. I’d say get there 15 minutes early and you’ll be out very quickly
I don't usually write reviews but feel the need to share that the Arnett Eyecare Florence Ky doctors are great. The front office staff, not so much. The young blonde girl that works the desk needs to take a customer service class. She is not welcoming or kind. If you don't like your job find something different. When working a front desk you are the first impression people will have of the establishment. Be friendly, smile, be kind. First impressions can make or break if people will be back.
