Outstanding service! I have been a patient at Arnold Family Eye Care since it opened. I am a nurse practitioner and I highly recommend Dr. Birsinger & her practice to everyone. She & her staff are professional & take time to answer questions & provide comprehensive eye care and treatment.

It was Amazing! From the receptionists to the girl who did all the protests to the Dr. She took the time to listen and she explained everything thoroughly. When I asked about contacts she said I could do them instead of glasses .I feel so blessed to have found her. Thank you for caring.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Arnold Family Eye Care. As someone with over 15 years of experience in the medical field, I expect professionalism, communication, and proper patient care, which were not reflected here. My 17-year-old daughter and I had appointments on April 24, 2026. I scheduled my appointment before leaving the country specifically to receive contact lenses, and my daughter’s visit was a routine annual exam to confirm that her prescription had not changed. She already had an adequate supply of contact lenses and did not need new ones. During the visit, we were separated. My daughter received an eye exam and contact lenses were ordered for her without my knowledge, discussion, or involvement as her parent. This was a routine exam for a minor, and I was not informed or included in decisions regarding her care. Despite clearly explaining multiple times that she did not need contacts, I was still charged for a contact lens fitting. There was ongoing confusion regarding both of our contact lenses, including repeated misinformation and lack of follow-through, and I had to explain the same situation multiple times to different staff members without resolution. The final phone call was completely unacceptable. After weeks of trying to resolve the issue, the staff member talked over me, raised her voice, refused to let me speak, and ultimately hung up on me. I have never experienced this level of unprofessional behavior in a medical office. This experience does not reflect the professionalism presented on the clinic’s website. I would not return to this office for my needs and would not recommend this experience to others.

We love this office! Dr Birsinger is always pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable! We have been coming for years, every process from Filing our insurance appropriately, Communicating with the primary care physician and ordering eyewear is always handled seamlessly!

I was glad that I was able to change my appointment from 3/14 to today. Dr. Birsinger was very thorough explaining all of the tests and she was very patient answering my questions. Every employee that I encountered was very nice. I highly recommend going to Arnold Family Eye Care!
