Dr Travis was exceptional during eye exam, made the process quick and easy and has updated my prescription to get me 20/20. I also was fitted for contact lenses and Mrs. Bowe was phenomenal, very kind and helped talk me through the right solution to use for contacts how to set them in my eye correctly and informed me of some cost savings when ordering a full year prescription. I’ve been going to Arnold Eye Cate for a few years and could not be happier with their service.

This is my second year coming to Arnold Eye Care for my annual checkup and glasses. I don't often leave reviews, but I wanted to give a shout out for the kind, friendly care I have received both times. Especially if you are indecisive when it comes to picking out frames, this place is great. Both years I've walked out with glasses ordered the same day, no need to look elsewhere as in the past. The ladies here, especially Christine, give their honest opinions to help you whittle down your choices and genuinely make you feel like a million bucks! Go here--you'll be glad you did!

I’ve visited 3 times now and every time the ladies and Dr Travis are so good to me, making sure I’m happy and taken care of. The vibe in the office is chill and welcoming. Very happy.

First, full transparency. On my very first visit, I walked in, was told to “have a seat, we’ll be right with you,” and then briefly became part of the waiting room décor. I was sitting there long enough to start wondering if I should introduce myself to the chairs. BUT… once they realized what happened, they owned it immediately, apologized sincerely, and turned the whole thing around. Mistakes happen. How they handled it mattered, and they handled it well. Now let’s talk about the exam. Thorough. Like “wow, you’re actually checking my eyes and not my wallet” thorough. I’ve been going to Clarkson Eye Care for over 10 years, and this was the first time I didn’t feel like someone was about to upsell me on premium air for my eyeballs. No pressure. No gimmicks. Just solid, honest care. Dr. Jon is the kind of doctor you hope for but rarely get. He explained everything in actual human language, not medical word salad. And here’s the big one: he didn’t rush out of the room like a superhero late for another appointment. We actually talked. Human to human. It was refreshing to be treated like a person instead of a chart. The staff deserves their own applause. Smiles everywhere. Friendly. Welcoming. Courteous. The kind of place where you feel comfortable asking questions without feeling dumb for having eyes in the first place. And the glasses? Picked them up today. FIVE DAYS. Including a snowstorm last weekend. That’s faster than most Amazon deliveries. They arrived clean, perfect, no scuffs, no issues. Someone clearly cares. Bottom line: • Honest care • No sales pressure • Incredible staff • A doctor who treats you like a human • Fast service • Clean, perfect glasses I’m extremely happy with this facility and fully plan on giving them many years of my business.
