I met the new Dr, Dr Day and she is very pleasant to be with, and I know she had nothing to do with it, but on this visit, I received some good news and numbers about my eyes. Thanks again Dr Day! I've always had good experiences with Clarkson eyecare.
Ian has more patience and then anyone I’ve ever met. He helped me pick a pair of glasses in the record speed AND he was Courteous. Best experience ever definitely better than Clarkson Festus
The staff and dr were great, but the effort from the labs and getting glasses back to a customer within reasonable time frame is horrible at best. This is my second time getting glasses from Clarkson and I may be going to a different company for next years exam. It's taken a month to get a simple pair done, again the lab not the location. But paying a lot of money and on top of that trying to see while the month wait. I feel the payment for the glasses should come when the glasses arrive back to the location and fitted by the paying customer. Not pay first then wait. I am a firm believer in yiu get what you pay for, but a month is absurd to say the least. Horrible lab.
Dr Sara Day was informative, nice and very professional. I will absolutely return for her. Also, Ian the Office Manager was extremely helpful, honest and made picking out new eyeglasses extremely easy and fun.
I went to the Clarkson Eye Care in Arnold Missouri at 28 Arnold Park Mall. An associate named Ian helped me. My husband and I both said we have never experienced such a kind, helpful associate. He even suggested another location that had a bigger variety as they were a bigger store. They had the exact same glasses that he and I picked out. But we drove back to his store because he was so kind. The service that he provided was outstanding. He helped me choose glasses, the best shape for my face. Took his time with me and made suggestions. When they came in he made sure they fit properly and made necessary adjustments. He went above and beyond in my opinion, I wish all my experiences could go this smoothly.
