The young ladies who fitted me for my glasses were extremely knowledgeable about what they were doing. They were very polite along with their professionalism. My glasses fit absolutely perfect. My vision is like ultra 4k. I love it! Turn around time on receiving my glasses was less than 7 business days, outstanding! All in, I'm completely satisfied with my experience at this store and have been for many years now. Highly recommended! Mia Marie says thanks for taking care of her daddy's eyes!

WORST. WORST. WORST. Ordered two pair of glasses on 2/20. Paid close to $600 for two cheap glasses. One pair came in first week of March. The other pair was lost twice; no one called me to tell me they were lost; I called every day to check the status. I was put on hold for 30 minutes and nobody bothered to come back to let me know what was happening. The manager, Bianca, finally called me and said that she would dig into why my glasses keep getting lost. She could provide no answers. I get a call today, one month after ordering and paying in full, that my glasses are in. I go to pick them up. The lenses are TOO BIG for the frames. What a cluster. Then the clerk says she can't refund me for these - she doesn't know how! Are you serious? I said ZBS to that. I found someone else who had a clue and got my refund. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Stay away from this store.

I highly commend Dr. Ruoff as being so thorough and knowledgeable in her line of profession. She is an attentive listener to my husband Joe about his eye condition and in turn, my husband Joe felt so comfortable with her. She thoroughly explains treatments and offer prompt and efficient care that we didn't experienced from other eye doctors around our place. Currently, my husband Joe did experienced a lot of improvement on his left eye and we believe that he is on his way towards his full recovery. Likewise, Bianca, the store Manager impressed us a lot for being so accommodating and kind.

I like that I can go online to make an appointment. When I got there, I only had to wait a few minutes. The optometrist asked me if I drove with my glasses. (I only need a little far distance correction in one eye.) I told him the only time I wear glasses is for reading price tags and menus when I’m out somewhere. I have cheater readers around the house. There’s a nice selection of basic and designer frames to choose from. Everyone there was polite and helpful.
