From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making the entire visit smooth and comfortable. Dr. Arora was amazing, knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I felt genuinely cared for and confident in the treatment and recommendations provided. I honestly can’t say enough good things about Dr. Jay Arora and the entire team at Arora Eye. This wasn’t just the best eye doctor experience I’ve had — it was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any medical office. From the second I walked in, everyone at the front desk was super friendly, welcoming, and organized. The technician who helped me before seeing Dr. Arora was awesome too —she was very informative, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. I visited Arora Eye as a first time patient recently. I needed a full eye exam as it had been years since my last evaluation and I had a few concerns. Scheduling was very easy and organized. Office location was easy to access with great parking. The office staff were very welcoming and professional, and the culture and environment was very calming and pleasant. Upon arrival, I had minimal wait time, and was seen by a specialist who conducted multiple through tests on my eyes. She explained to me what I should expect with each test and why we were doing the test. I was also tested to see if I needed glasses. Finally, I was seen and examined by Dr. Arora. He reviewed all my tests and exam results with me patiently. He listened carefully to my concerns and asked questions about my habits and environment as they could impact eye health. I found him to be both very knowledgeable and personable. His advice and the care I received was very personalized. I have followed the directions and treatment plan we discussed since, and I am very happy with the outcomes. I plan to continue visiting Arora clinic for my vision care and have recommended Dr. Arora to my family members.
