I walked into this place first time as I was trying to get a new prescription to my Theo glasses, and Sabena the business owner ended up gaining my trust and all future business. She advised my into the purchase an other pair of Theo.be masterpieces, and went above and beyond to repair my Chrome Hearts sunglasses after someone stepped on them. I appreciate this place for her responsiveness, variety and offerings, but most of all customer service that is hard to find.

I first met Sabina in NYC approximately 20 years ago while she was working with my optometrist. When Sabina left to Arizona I was devastated. Sabina fitted me with the most beautiful up to date glasses. She new the symmetry of my face perfectly and was able to get me out of my comfort zone, which is not easy. I was so elated when she opened her shop in Scottsdale, since then she has fitted me remotely with st least 5 pairs of glasses. She spends so much time thinking of what suits me and what I would like and sends me countless photos. She is the consumate professional. Sabina is the best at her craft.
