Dr. Dana Bates of Arizona Eye Specialists in Scottsdale and Phoenix is warm and lovely person, who is very knowledgeable and puts you at ease. I've known her for many years and highly recommend her!
I needed to make an appointment and got put on hold for over 40 minutes. I called twice more and could never get through. All I wanted to do was make an appointment. Needless to say, I'll be finding another doctor.
I scheduled emergency eye care 6 weeks ago and on the morning of my visit Dr Nazmi cancelled me last minute and can’t reschedule for another 6 weeks out!!!!! Who does that. Insane and EXTREMELY unprofessional. Now I have to start all over again to get my problem even looked at much less fixed. And no guarantees she won’t decide to take day off again. Without properly taking care of patient. Disgusting!!
If you have questions better make a list on paper because you're not allowed to ask anything. I'm a senior and have never been to such a rude office in my life.
Dr. Dana Bates, OD and her staff are phenomenal. Dr. Dana Bates is a fantastic physician. She's knowledgeable and takes a genuine and personalized approach to her patients. Her staff is friendly and efficient. I never have to wait for my appointment - everything runs on time, every time. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Dana Bates.
