I cannot say enough wonderful things about Eyeleb and Dr. Serena Shao. I have been going to this clinic for about a year and a half, and every experience has been amazing, especially during the times when I truly needed urgent help. The first time I came in, I was dealing with a scary issue after a Botox treatment caused my eyelid to droop badly. Dr. Shao took me in right away and helped me through it with so much care and patience. More recently, I had a very frightening emergency after getting toxins from a plant in my eye. I was in terrible pain and barely made it to the clinic, but Dr. Shao immediately dropped everything to take care of me. She was calm, caring, thorough, and made sure I was okay every step of the way. What I love most about Dr. Shao is how much she truly cares about her patients. She explains everything in detail, follows up after appointments, checks on me after emergencies, and always makes me feel like I am in the best hands. She is also very flexible with my schedule, which I appreciate so much. I also completed dry eye therapy at Eyeleb, and it was such a great experience. Before seeing Dr. Shao, I honestly did not know much about eye health or proper eye care. She has taught me so much, from warm compresses to eye drops, eyelid wipes, supplements, and daily habits to keep my eyes healthy. My dry eye issues have improved so much since working with her, and I love the quality products she carries at the clinic. The entire staff at Eyeleb is wonderful. Everyone is kind, welcoming, helpful, and professional. Every time I go there, I feel comfortable and cared for. It truly feels like more than just an eye clinic, it feels like a place where patients are treated like family. I am so grateful I found Dr. Shao and Eyeleb. I do not just go there because it is convenient; I go because of the excellent care, the trust I have in Dr. Shao, and the way she treats her patients. She is an excellent doctor, a kind person, and someone who truly knows what she is doing. I highly recommend Dr. Serena Shao and Eyeleb to anyone looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable, caring, thorough, and genuinely invested in her patients.

Extremely pleased with my interaction yesterday with Optician Hung @Eye Lab of Scottsdale. There are only a handful of Optical Facilities that carry my “top of the line” Zeiss Smartlife Progressive Lenses (that I have been wearing for over 22 years) If you desire superlative, patient, knowledgeable, service (and at the best price point!) The staff here is very welcoming and professional and the office has a variety of designer eyeglasses to choose from. The eye exam was very comprehensive and I even discovered that my old prescription that was performed at another optometrist office was actually too strong and I was noticing a strain on my eyes. Dr. Shao was very thorough and even took into account one of my medical conditions that could definitely impact my vision that many other optometrists did not take into account for. Due to her extensive medical background and attention to detail, I highly recommend this place!! 🙌

Our customer experience at Eye Lab was excellent thanks to Hung. As soon we walked in the door, he acknowledged us, as he did with everyone - with a friendly smile. He is very well versed with selecting frames, reviewing your insurance & completing the transaction. I would highly recommend EYE LAB.
