Excellent experience. My beautiful wife and I became new customers at Lumiere Optique after her previous eye Doctor retired. We went here based on recommendations. The two young ladies at the front desk/reception area were very nice, friendly and helpful and Dr. Aleksic was awesome. She was friendly, professional, experienced and knowledgeable and took very good care of my darling wife and I. We were both very pleased with the outstanding customer service and care provided. Excellent service and staff. Both Savannah and Dr. Sandhu and are very professional and provide excellent customer service. Very thorough exam too. Also, they are open on Sunday, which is great for those who work normal jobs and stress over making weekday appointments. Thank you.

I will not be returning to this establishment. I had a very dissatisfying experience here with the doctor. This was my first time visiting this office since my regular office shut down. My appointment was rushed and the doctor did not treat me well. She was very impatient and didn't have a good "bedside manner". There were no other patients there so I'm not sure what the hurry was. I also didn't like the fact that I wasn't given the option for the add on charge of the retinal photograph. In every other office I've been in, you have to give *consent* for that extra charge. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
